How in the Heck did I get where I am.  I think it started when I inherited some Money from my Grandparents.(My sister and I think it was a test so we know how to handle Money when we win the lottery). I tried to invest some of it wisely. Bought some apartments. (Big Mistake).  Then I decided that I was going to get something I had always wanted since I was a child.  I wanted a horse.
Well to have a horse you have to have some land.  My neighbor next door was elderly and he sold me his barn (everything in it and around 5 acres.  I did get a pretty good deal.  There was a couple of tractors farm equipment and a pretty decent sized barn that needed some work.

I started working on the fencing and started getting it ready.  I studied the different horse breeds. I decided on Morgans.  They have a history and a great personality.  I found a breeder and fell in love with a little gelding. He was only 2 years old and not broke. I had never owned a horse and had only been around them at my maternal Grandparents when I was very young.  I had read about horses how to train and what to do.  The breeders were impressed with my knowledge that they sold him to me. I knew I needed more then one.  So I found someone that had a  beautiful palomino for sale. Seemed like a nice horse. Very calm and tall 16.2 hands.  Good for my husband and children that are tall. The couple had another horse that had seen better day, and also threw it in on the deal. Well now I have 3 horses.  The palomino ended up barn sour, the poor old horse did turn out to be the best, and I had a young horse to break.

Now my life just became busier.

What the Heck

I know nothing about Blogs for the most part, just the theory of blogging but what the heck worth trying.

Thought it might be a cool idea.

My Sister and I spend every Sunday morning talking to each other. We laugh at each other's stories and predicaments we get into.

As we were talking I was outside.  I took a look at my place and wondered how I got to this point.

Several broke down vehicles ( I blame my Old Man mostly for that) My old trailer, Bricks that I had acquired, My Garden shed I just moved and need to renovate, golf cart that quit working, fencing that needs tended, and my Barn that needs a roof and siding. I think enough said.

Thought I would use this blog to document my accomplishments.

Will I get my trailer running, my shed renovated, bricks layed, fencing tended, etc....

Guess you'll have to check back time to time to see how I am doing.
